Participation in this program is
voluntary and may be terminated by either party at any time. IP Ware
will provide the participant with a link to the co-branded download file of
the demo software. The participant may use this link in any way to
promote their site. All downloads of the program must be through the
link provided by IP Ware. At no time may the participant upload the
software onto their own site for distribution. Only the demonstration
model of the IP Ware program will be modified for this co-branding
opportunity. IP Ware makes no warranties with regard to compatibility
or content to the participants systems, hosts, or affiliates. Participant
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IP Ware for any damage, direct,
ancillary, or otherwise that may have been caused by programs offered by IP
Ware. IP Ware reserves the right to selectively choose who will
participate in the co-branding program. Affiliates and distributors of
IP Ware may offer the IP Ware software for sale through their site. However,
co-branded copies of the software will not contain affiliate code in the
actual software program.
